Set against the backdrop of a bustling Kedron neighbourhood, this grand property stood poised for a transformation that would prepare it for the market.
Our goal was to not only refresh the home’s appearance but to elevate its elegance to attract discerning buyers.
Our Painting Process
Tackling this massive structure required more than ladders and steady hands; it demanded the use of a boom lift to scale its lofty heights.
We began with an exhaustive cleaning, followed by extensive surface preparation to ensure the right foundations for painting. Our team then skilfully applied three, luxurious coats of paint from the foundation to the highest gable, ensuring all the surfaces were now protected from the harsh Brisbane elements.
We also touched up the interior surfaces to ensure a flawless presentation.
