Our Process

When you first reach out to us at Paint Me Purrfect, you'll be greeted by me, your friendly project manager. I'll take a genuine interest in your project, identify your needs and expectations and answer any questions you may have.

We know your time is valuable, so we’ll quickly assess if we're the best fit for your project. If we are, then it's straight onto the next step: an on-site inspection with James (our owner and master painter)!

James will arrive on time to meet with you and he will engage in a thorough property inspection. During which he'll discuss your ideas, answer your questions and ensure that your needs are fully understood. As part of this process, James will ask you to complete a brief quiz to provide detailed insights into your project.

This meticulous approach ensures our quote is comprehensive, outlining precisely what we'll do, how we'll do it, and the specific products we'll use.

After the on-site inspection, we carefully examine your questionnaire, review James's notes and create a comprehensive personalised quote. This quote goes beyond a mere list of tasks – it provides a clear roadmap for how we'll bring your vision to life.

Our quote is detailed and outlines exactly what we'll do, how we'll do it and the specific products we'll use. We understand the excitement that comes with starting a new projects so this comprehensive quote will be forwarded to you within 48 hours of our inspection.

Once we've finalised the details laid out in our comprehensive quote, it's time to prepare the contract. The contract will include the scope of work, commencement and completion dates, deposit amount and the progress payment schedule - this keeps us on the same page and ensure there’s never any unpleasant surprises.

When you’ve reviewed, signed and returned your contract we will forward an invoice for 10% deposit. Signing of the contact and payment of the deposit will secure your booking.

Here is the fun part of your project, where we bring your vision to vibrant reality. Our highly experienced interior designer and colour consultant will personally meet you at your property, ensuring we understand every nuance of your style and preferences.

This step isn't just about choosing colours; it's a collaborative journey to find the perfect palette that complements both your property and your personality. We take into account everything from the lighting and architecture to your individual tastes, ensuring the final selection resonates with you and enhances your space in every way.

James and our team will commence painting, as scheduled (we commence 98% of our projects on time) dedicating their time and energy on your home exclusively until every detail is purrfect. We are organised, efficient and respectful, avoiding unnecessary noise, extended breaks and disruptions to your daily routine.

We treat your home like our own, protecting all surfaces and your belongings. Professionalism is our guiding principle, ensuring a peaceful and harmonious on-site experience for homeowners.

Throughout the transformation, we are meticulous in our process from preparation of surfaces to the paint application. The scope of works is our roadmap and we guarantee to implement every process agreed on.

And as a testament to our commitment, we're proud to say that 100% of our projects are delivered on time or ahead of schedule. Once we have completed the painting, we will walk you through your property transformation to ensure the you are just as delighted with the results as we are.
